KawaiiCams respects copyright. We are a directory that indexes content hosted on third-party cam networks — but we still act fast when something we display violates someone's rights.

Filing a takedown notice

Send a written notice to [email protected] that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. The exact KawaiiCams URL(s) where the infringing material appears.
4. Your contact information — name, address, phone, email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

Turnaround

We process valid DMCA notices within 48 hours, including weekends. If the takedown applies to a third-party stream we only embed or link to, we will remove the page or link on our side and recommend you also file with the host network — typically Chaturbate, Stripchat, LiveJasmin, BongaCams, MyFreeCams, Cam4, or Jerkmate.

Counter-notices

If content of yours was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address with the same level of detail. We will restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

We terminate listing of any performer or affiliate flagged for repeat copyright infringement, and report the case to the originating network.
